If you are not satisfied with our restoration work, please contact us within 30 days of service completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and make necessary adjustments.
If adjustments are needed to completed work, we will assess the situation and determine the best course of action. Modifications will be made at no additional charge if the issue is due to our workmanship.
Service appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refunds for services are considered on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.
